Please note the following when using laser machine.
- Inject pure water to prevent impurities in the water from damaging the chiller
- When adding water for the first time, do not reach the yellow part. Also, do not
add too much water. - Don’t worry about the set temperature. The actual temperature is about 24
degrees, which is the highest. - The machine can only be started when the real-time temperature reaches 24
degrees, so the protective lens of the laser cleaning head will not burst due to the
low water temperature. - To avoid dusting the lens, tilt the cleaning head as much as possible and do not
clean it vertically.
The process of turning on the machine
- When you receive all the spare parts, check them on the machine.All small
parts and tools were put in a blue bag. - Machine operation steps
2-1 Place the machine in a clean and warm room.
2-2 Pull down the switch in the room (very important) .Connect the neutral wire marked
“N” to the neutral (ground wire) of the main power supply, and connect the other wires to
the live wire power supply.
If your machine need 220V input, connect 220V as shown in the picture. (1000W 1500W
2000w machine need 220V input.)
If your machine need 380V input, connect 380V as shown in the picture. (3000W machine
need 380V input.)
2-3 Install the oil-water separator and air compressor to the back of the laser machine.
First fix the oil-water separator to the back of the machine. Then use the air pipe to connect
the right side of the oil-water separator and the air inlet of the machine. Then use the air
pipe to connect the left side of the oil-water separator and the air outlet of the air
compressor. Then power up the air compressor. （The small air compressor in the photo is
for demonstration only, it is not included in the order. In order to avoid the lens being
burnt as much as possible, and for better cleaning effect, we recommend you to prepare an
bigger air compressor with an air pressure of 0.6-0.8mpa.）
2-4 Add clean water to the water chiller( Please add antifreeze in winter)
2-5 Observe the water level gauge, the water level reaches the green area.
2-6 Please note: When using the machine in winter, the temperature of the water cooler
rises to 22°C, and the machine is turned on again.
2-7 When using the machine in summer, please pay attention to the heat dissipation of the
machine. Open the front and rear covers of the machine for ventilation and heat dissipation
to reduce the working temperature of the machine.
2-8.Turn on the main board switch of the machine first, wait for a minute, then turn on the
laser power
2-9 The machine settings have been adjusted to the best state before leaving the factory,
and generally do not need to be adjusted again. You can adjust the machine settings
according to your actual work needs.
2-10 Hold the laser cleaning gun in your hand, press and hold the switch of the cleaning gun,
and test the laser light output effect
2-11 To replace the protective lens, pinch the part indicated by the arrow in the picture
below and unscrew it, take out the old lens, and replace it with a new protective lens. Be
careful to keep the lens clean, otherwise it will affect the work of the machine.
2-12 . If the machine suddenly fails to output the laser, what should be done?
First check the machine panel and the water cooler to see if there is an alarm sign. If the E1
symbol appears in the water cooler, it means that the temperature of the water cooler is
too high. Please stop working immediately. Please refer to the following figure for details.
2-13 If it is displayed that there is a problem with the laser, but the cause of the problem
cannot be determined, please use the RS232 cable of the host computer to connect the
computer and the laser to detect and find out the cause.If you still can’t determine the
problem after testing, please contact the company’s after-sales personnel for guidance.
2-14 The above problems are not in line with the situation you encountered in the process
